How to config Goole Cloud MySQL query logging

晚上走查发现Mysql服务查询量比平日里翻了五十多倍，show full processlist 也没有发现啥异常，于是琢磨着打开全量日志

In the evening, I found that the query volume of Mysql service was 50 times higher than usual. I went to see the full processlist and found nothing abnormal, so I decide to logging full query log.
